A high-volume diagnostic centre in Sylhet needed to replace fragmented paper and spreadsheet operations with a unified Hospital and Diagnostic Centre Management System capable of handling rapid patient registration, multi-test invoicing, laboratory pathology workflows, and daily financial auditing without bottlenecks.

Engineered from the ground up on Laravel 13 and PHP 8.3 with a normalized MySQL relational schema.
